CKRZ are Winners !!!
On March 26, 2025 The Community Radio Fund in Ottawa, notified CKRZ, that their ‘Amplifying Voices 2025’ proposal was awarded $20,000.00 for Gayogohonoh / Cayuga Language Radio Production.
This grant will continue to support the volunteer Cayuga Language Producers of Deyogwata’ Radio Shows heard weekly on CKRZ 100. 3 FM
The volunteer production team are made up of: Shauna Clause; Char Hemlock-Sky; Liz Clause, Tammy Martin;
Tiff Bomberry.
This funding helps the Six Nations community to raise the stature and profile of the Cayuga language that has been deemed ‘critically endangered’ in Canada and Ontario.
Deyogwata’ Bingo can be heard weekly on Thursdays 7-8 p.m.
Deyogwata’ Talk show can be heard on Saturdays: 9-10 a.m.
